The Aao Baat Karein initiative was launched in April 2018, and through it, Parwarish Cares Foundation has been raising awareness among participants about the PoSH Act and the seriousness of sexual harassment in our society. We were able to reach 61 cities across India and also worked with corporations, schools, government agencies, NGOs, shelter houses, and other organizations.
The Parwarish Cares Foundation has designed and delivered empirical workshops to help adults and children alike understand “why” there is a need to talk about sexual harassment and how to prevent it. Sensitively designed sessions ensure meaningful and engaging dialogues for participants to understand the gravity of harassment and to recognize and respond conscientiously to it.Our workshops seek to build a harassment-free culture in which adults and children may overcome their inhibitions, communicate their worries and uncertainties, and feel empowered and confident to deal with any sort of harassment.
