The “Parwarish Cares Foundation” was founded in 2015 to help youngsters develop 21st-century life skills and competencies and also deal with the social menace of sexual abuse and harassment.
Manvi is a strong believer that “every human being is capable of solving his or her own problems; all they need is a conducive and safe environment”. Dedicated to creating empowering spaces, she has served as a school counselor at Parwarish and a teacher mentor. Over the past decade, she has led 700+ workshops for parents, teachers, caregivers, and students.
Rina Sharma, a corporate trainer with more than three decades of experience, specializes in PoSH, Workplace Ethics, and D&I. She has sensitized 15,000+ professionals through workshops for startups to Fortune 1000 companies. An empanelled consultant with the Ministry of Women & Child Development, she has conducted 300+ case investigations across 50+ organizations.
Faraz has worked with UNHCR, ASTHA, and JSLPS, excelling in PR, corporate communications, and project management. He led the YeloGreen project, empowering rural women, and organized impactful TEDx events. Fueled by an unwavering commitment to catalyzing social change, Faraz remains driven by his passion for continual growth both professionally and personally.
Vibhu is a dynamic personality with a penchant for building interpersonal relationships. She marries her passion towards her work with her organizational skills and high discipline. Demonstrates leadership with her proven people skills and excellent communication. A great motivator with a go-getter attitude at work. A thorough professional involved in generating business and leading Child Sexual Abuse sessions.
Monika, with 30 years in education, champions experiential learning. With a Master’s in Social Work (Counseling), she has empowered 5,000+ children through workshops on sexual literacy, stress management, and more. She also leads parenting sessions with DCPCR and trains educators across top institutions such as Army Public School, Om Foundation, and Pragyanam School Gurugram, helping them elevate their teaching methodologies.
Shruti, a social worker and educator, has impacted 4,000+ children as a Sexual Literacy Trainer and Menstrual Hygiene Educator at Parwarish. She collaborates with government agencies, NGOs, and schools to promote child rights through interactive workshops and storytelling.
Bhoomika, a passionate advocate for child and women’s rights, merges legal expertise (B.B.A. LL.B., Symbiosis Law School Noida) with a deep commitment to social change. A published author with EBC India, she is dedicated to building a more just and equitable world.
Ekta, an RCI-licensed Child Counsellor (M.A. Psychology, NIPCCD), is dedicated to unlocking children’s potential and ensuring their well-being. A strong advocate for child safety, she raises awareness on sexual abuse while finding personal healing through her work.
Saba, an educator, Parent Coach, and EQ Coach, has 5+ years of experience in Child Sexual Abuse prevention. With a background in Montessori education and SEL, she empowers parents and children through The Happy Mommy Place, fostering self-awareness, empathy, and resilience.
