Quality Education Programme

Our Quality Education Programme is a year-long intervention designed to transform schools from within. We embed ourselves in the institution, working closely with teachers through hands-on guidance, active feedback, and targeted training.

Our focus is to enhance students’ relative performance, foster engaging and dynamic classroom environments, and empower educators to use the curriculum as a tool to integrate 21st-century life skills into children’s learning journey.

We do this by employing our proprietary and proven model – S4 Model: Shikshak ke 4 stambh. This model focuses on developing the ability and skills of every teacher, who is enrolled in the programme, on the following parameters:

Testimonials

Pawarish Cares Foundation's training sessions on 'Child Sexual Abuse' and how to report and prevent sexual harassment were very informative and helped children learn how to open up and protect themselves from such situations.
